Big Trout

Patty and I went out for the afternoon in the bay. The weakfishing continues to be outstanding. Better than it has been in years. We had a bunch of really nice fish up to around eight pounds. We also caught a bunch of fluke. We released all the fish. The weakfish in the second picture looks like it had been bitten by a bluefish. Despite its ugly wound, it was full of life and it was feeding well. It swam away as healthy as can be.
