130 Pound Shark

Fished with Rich, Shane, Troy, and Alex yesterday for sharks. We had a good day. We released five sharks and lost two others that we hooked. We had four duskys and a hammerhead. The biggest dusky was over six foot long and around 130 pounds. Shane fought it for almost an hour! Plus, the rod broke and we fought the fish for the final ten minutes with half a rod. Very exciting. It was a good day. Pro Tip: If a shark bites and you don't hook up, you should be able to feel the weight of the bait on the line if it is still there. If so, leave it and ready for it to bite again. Many times they come back for more!
