Spring Stripers

Patty with a nice Striper in the bay. Things have not been warm but the fishing has been good. Pro tip: Soft plastics are key this time of year. Keep in contact with your jig as almost all bites happen as the jig is falling.

Back bay Stripers

There has been a lot of solo fishing since the quarantine began. Thus the lack of variety in my photographs. The striped bass fishing has been very good in the back bay. Still waiting for the bluefish to show up. Should be any day now. Pro tip: Jigs tend to work best this time of year as the waters begin to warm. Keep things slow and on the bottom.
